Generous salads
Crispy chicken, egg, marinated onions: fresh, filling bowls.

At Le Caribou, everything is made on site: fresh produce chosen at the market, à-la-minute sauces and cooking, dishes plated by hand. True homemade cuisine, generous and seasonal, in the heart of the Vieux-Port.
Our stance
Here, “homemade” is not a line on a chalkboard: it's how we work, every day. Produce arrives fresh, then is trimmed, simmered and plated in our kitchen — never reheated from elsewhere.
You taste that standard in every plate — a tomato and burrata salad with fresh basil, a slowly braised meat, a sauce finished à la minute. The right gesture, on the scale of a neighbourhood table.

In the kitchen
Behind the pass, a team that loves its trade. The chef and his brigade sign a menu that shifts with deliveries, with the care of a house that never cuts corners.
Chosen at the market
Vegetables, fish and meat picked fresh, as close as possible to the seasons.
Made on site
Peeling, trimming, marinades and stocks: everything is prepared in our kitchen.
Plated to order
Cooking and sauces sent at the moment, for a plate that stays true and alive.

In season
Le Caribou's menu is never quite the same: it shifts with the seasons and the best produce of the moment. Crunchy vegetable bowls, catch of the day, slow-cooked dishes when the cold sets in.
Plant-forward, generous and colourful: we compose plates made for the table, to share with friends or savour facing the Vieux-Port, lunch and dinner.
On the menu
A glimpse of the homemade plates that make Le Caribou. The full menu changes with the seasons.

Crispy chicken, egg, marinated onions: fresh, filling bowls.

Seared tuna, cured salmon: the best of the tide, cooked with precision.

Homemade croquettes, braised meats: the comfort of homemade, in generous portions.
The menu, the bar and the venue — everything that makes the house, in Marseille.
