Le Caribou stands on place Thiars, a pedestrian square on the south side of the Vieux-Port, between the cours d'Estienne d'Orves and the quai de Rive Neuve. As night falls, it is one of the liveliest corners of the harbour for a drink.
The Vieux-Port metro station (line 1) comes out at the end of the square and the Canebière is a few minutes away on foot: easy to drop in for a cocktail after work, before a night out in town or after dinner on the quays.
